At Candle Shack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully secure your unused candles or supplies in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
