What is the average burn time of your candles?
Our standard 8oz candles typically burn for 45 to 50 hours, provided the wick is trimmed to 1/4 inch before each lighting.
Do you use sustainable ingredients?
Yes, we use a proprietary blend of ethically sourced soy wax and premium fragrance oils that are phthalate-free and vegan-friendly.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on all domestic orders, and free shipping on orders over $50.
What is your return policy for used candles?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused and unlit candles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Why is my candle 'tunneling'?
Tunneling happens if a candle is extinguished before the wax melts all the way to the edge. To prevent this, ensure the first burn lasts at least 2 hours.
